Co-founder and Managing Partner

Lance is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Manhattan South Investments and is primarily responsible for the strategic direction of the firm along with sourcing and structuring new investment opportunities.

Prior to Manhattan South Investments, Lance worked with Colliers, where he led the retail services team and was responsible for representing landlords, tenants and investors acquiring and selling essential service retail centers in the Carolinas and Georgia. Lance has led or supported the identification, analysis and closing of more than 600 real estate transactions through his leadership. 

Lance received his undergraduate degree from North Texas University, a Masters of Real Estate Development from Clemson University, and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business.

Co-founder and Managing Partner

Gregory is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Manhattan South Investments and is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm, strategic partnerships, transaction management and investor relations.

Prior to Manhattan South Investments, Gregory practiced law and advised a national direct lender and real estate investment trust on legal, asset management, and corporate matters. Gregory has led or supported commercial real estate matters exceeding $800 million in value. Prior to this, Gregory worked in retail operations with The Home Depot, Inc. leading a team to drive store operational efficiencies.

Gregory received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University, his Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center, and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business.
